Foreign students are allowed to enter Russia

 

In compliance with the decision of the operational headquarters for prevention of the importation and spread of the new coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation, foreign students are now allowed to enter Russia.

The entry restriction is lifted for all foreign citizens studying in the territory of Russia, including in private educational institutions, regardless of the direct flight connections with the country from which they are arriving.

Foreign citizens are invited to contact the educational institutions they study at for detailed information on the entry procedure.
