Russian Embassy hosts next ‘Russian Movie Night’

On Oct 26, 2022, the Embassy of Russia in South Africa held another movie screening.

Guests of the function were introduced to the Soviet feature film “Anna Karenina” of 1967, directed by Aleksandr Zarkhi – one of the 27 existing film adaptations of the world-known novel by Leo Tolstoy.

Ambassador of Russia to SA H.E.Mr.Ilya Rogachev reminded that the Embassy was back to monthly basis of hosting Russian Movie Night events. Guests of the event were proposed to pick a film out of four candidates for the next screening.
